Delivery Policy
Better Early than Late! Ask us to deliver flowers a day before a birthday or anniversary. Our flowers are designed to last several days or more.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
The Wishing Well is closed on: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
A local delivery fee will be added to each order. The amount varies by address. Save $$ by selecting "Pick Up" your order on the Billing Info page. Call us if you need 'Late Day Delivery"
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery.
International orders: We cannot accept international orders over the Internet, please call us at 540 908-2333.
Substitution Policy
We receive fresh flowers from growers several times a week. Certain flowers are seasonal and we can't carry every flower and color every day. So occasionally substitutions may be necessary. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or higher value.
Likewise, we don't always have every container in stock. Let us know if you MUST have a certain container. Otherwise, we reserve the right to substitute containers.
